Can I ship medicine from Bangladesh to your destinations? Yes, you can ship medicine to our destinations, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe. However, you'll need to provide a doctor’s prescription, purchase receipt, and Aadhaar card for clearance. Additionally, some carriers have restrictions on liquid medicines. It's important to distinguish between Actual Weight, Dimensional Weight, and Chargeable Weight. Actual weight refers to the physical weight of the items in your shipment, whereas Dimensional Weight reflects the space that the items and packaging occupy during transit. The chargeable weight is determined by comparing both, and the higher value is used for billing. To calculate the volumetric weight for courier services, you can use the following formula: Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 5000 For example, if your package measures 50 cm (Length) x 40 cm (Width) x 30 cm (Height), the calculation would be: Volumetric Weight = (50 x 40 x 30) / 5000 = 12 kg In this scenario, if the actual weight of your package is 8 kilograms and the volumetric weight is 12 kilograms, you will be charged based on the higher value of 12 kilograms. While there is no extra charge for holding packages for pickup instead of delivery, the person authorized to pick up the package will need to present photo I.D.
