Terms for FTL Shipping Services

Effective Date: 1 Aug 2023

These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms") outline the agreement between you and Kwick Kargo concerning the use of our Full Truckload (FTL) shipping services provided through the Kwick Quote System. By using our FTL shipping services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Kwick Quote System

1.1 The Kwick Quote System allows you to obtain quotes for FTL shipping services based on the information you provide. The accuracy of the information is essential for accurate pricing.

1.2 It's your responsibility to ensure that the shipment details are accurate, including the weight, dimensions, origin, and destination addresses. Any discrepancies could lead to updated quotes, charges for adjustments, or potential delays in service.

1.3 For our regular Full Truckload (FTL) Services, we welcome shipments on Crates & Pallets as standard. However, other packaging types will require approval, and it's important to note that loose items cannot be accepted unless they have been specifically approved for transportation.

1.4 When utilizing the Kwick Quote System, you have the freedom to select your preferred Full Truck Load (FTL) option. Whether it's Dry Van, Flatbed, Hotshot, Reefer, or any other available choice, our user-friendly system empowers you to tailor your shipping selection according to your specific requirements. This guarantees a smooth and personalized experience that matches your cargo needs perfectly.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Upon accepting a quote, you can proceed to book the FTL shipment. The booking is confirmed once payment is processed.

2.2 Payment can be made using various methods, as outlined in our Payment and Billing Policy.

3. Shipment Handling and Requirements

3.1 You must ensure that the shipment is properly packaged, labeled, and secured for transportation. Any special handling requirements should be communicated during the booking process.

3.2 You agree not to ship prohibited or hazardous materials through our FTL services. It's your responsibility to be aware of the items that are not allowed.

4. Pickups and Deliveries

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment is ready for pickup at the designated location. Missed pickups may incur additional charges, as per our Missed Pickup Policy.

4.2 Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless explicitly specified. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, as detailed in our Delay in Delivery Policy.

5. Tracking and Communication

5.1 Through our Integrated System, you'll receive consistent shipment tracking and status notifications via regular emails and updates.

5.2 Clear communication with our customer support team is crucial for addressing any issues, changes, or inquiries related to your shipment.
