These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms") outline the agreement between you and Kwick Kargo concerning the use of our Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping services provided through the Kwick Quote System. 1. Use of Kwick Quote System

1.1 The Kwick Quote System allows you to obtain quotes for LTL shipping services based on the information you provide. The accuracy of the information is essential for accurate pricing.

1.2 It's your responsibility to ensure that the shipment details are accurate, including the weight, dimensions, origin, and destination addresses. Any discrepancies could lead to updated quotes, charges for adjustments, or potential delays in service.

1.3 For our regular Less Than Truckload (LTL) Services, we welcome shipments on Crates & Pallets as standard. However, other packaging types will require approval, and it's important to note that loose items cannot be accepted unless they have been specifically approved for transportation.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Upon accepting a quote, you can proceed to book the LTL shipment. The booking is confirmed once payment is processed.

3. Shipment Handling and Requirements
